Our Ethos

At Holland Moor Primary School, we are a warm and welcoming community where children, families, staff and governors come together as one extended school family. We believe that everyone who walks through our doors should feel valued, respected and truly at home.

By working closely as a team, we create a happy, safe and caring environment where children feel confident to be themselves and excited to learn. We nurture positive relationships and provide the social, emotional and intellectual support every child needs to flourish. Our school is a place where children feel listened to, cared for and proud of who they are.

From these strong foundations, we encourage children to aim high, celebrate their achievements and take pride in their progress. We believe that every success, big or small, matters, and that with encouragement and care, every child can reach their full potential.
